If you don't have the design drawings, please contact us directly and we will provide you with multiple sets of solutions. The following are the common drawing formats we use.

Mold

To open a set of molds that belong to you, it takes 7 to 10 days for stamping dies and 10 to 12 working days for small profile extrusion dies. For large profile extrusion dies, it takes 18 to 25 working days.

 

Opening a hole

The length of the public mold product can be customized. According to your electronic components, holes can be drilled in methods such as punching, CNC machining, laser cutting, wire cutting, etc.

 

Surface treatment

Common surface treatments include sandblasting and brushing

 

Color

The common colors of aluminum shells include black, silver, iron gray, blue and gold. The commonly used processing method is anodizing. We can also do painting, spraying and electrophoresis according to your requirements.
