Our manufacturing facility has completed a major expansion to meet growing demand for industrial-grade aluminum solutions.  The new production line specializes in high-volume manufacturing of extruded aluminum profiles for various industrial purposes, including machinery frames, conveyor systems, and structural components.  Utilizing premium Metals And Alloys, we now offer profiles with enhanced strength-to-weight ratios and improved corrosion resistance.

A key highlight is our upgraded powder coat paint finishing department, featuring an automated 5-stage pretreatment system that ensures superior coating adhesion.  Available in over 30 standard colors, these finishes provide both aesthetic appeal and long-term protection against harsh industrial environments.

 

Recent projects include supplying customized aluminum framing systems for a regional warehouse automation project, where our profiles helped reduce overall system weight by 35% compared to steel alternatives.  With this expansion, we can now process orders up to 12 meters in length while maintaining tight dimensional tolerances of ±0.2mm.
