The differences between cold-rolled aluminum plates and hot-rolled aluminum plates
In the field of aluminum plates, there are many types of aluminum plates. According to different production processes, aluminum plates can be divided into cold-rolled aluminum plates and hot-rolled aluminum plates.
The differences between cold-rolled aluminum plates and hot-rolled aluminum plates:
1. Different production processes: Cold rolling is made by using casting machinery to process the cast coil (8)mm thick) through cold rolling machinery, while hot rolling uses waste aluminum (400-500mm thick with heating), which is cold-rolled by a hot rolling mill under continuous high temperature.
2. Different raw material supplies: The difference between the two lies in the different supplies of raw materials. For aluminum plate manufacturers, hot-rolled billets are cold-rolled whole coils made by heating casting waste aluminum for cold rolling, and cold-rolled billets are rolled coils.
3. Different characteristics: Hot-rolled aluminum plates have good surface quality, strong physical properties, high plasticity, and excellent air oxidation effect. Meanwhile, aluminum plates are generally produced and processed with aluminum plates, of course, due to the characteristics of aluminum plates.
4. Different main uses: Cold-rolled aluminum plates are mostly used for die forming, while hot-rolled aluminum plates are suitable for stamping processing and stretching.
