Long rod hot cutting furnace:
Before extrusion, heat the aluminum rod to a suitable temperature for extrusion, and the hot shear furnace is responsible for cutting and heating the aluminum rod to prepare for subsequent extrusion.
Time limited furnace:
The Extruded profiles need to undergo aging treatment to improve their strength and hardness. The aging furnace is used for heat treatment of profiles.
Mold furnace:
The mold is the key to determining the shape of the profile, and the mold furnace is responsible for heating the mold to ensure its performance and lifespan.
The traction machine:
The tractor is used to pull out the profile after extrusion and maintain a stable speed and tension.
cold bed:
The profile needs to be cooled after extrusion, and a cooling bed is used to cool the profile to room temperature.
