Process flow of extruded aluminum profiles
technological process:
Preparation of billet: Heat the aluminum alloy billet to the extrusion temperature, usually 400-500 degrees Celsius.
Loading: Place the heated billet into the extrusion cylinder.
Extrusion molding: The punch inside the extrusion cylinder pushes the billet through the mold under strong pressure, forming a predetermined profile shape.
Cooling and shaping: The extruded profile is cooled and shaped to maintain its shape and size.
Stretching correction: The extruded profile may have bending or deformation, and stretching correction is required to ensure its straightness.
Surface treatment: Perform surface treatment as needed, such as sandblasting, oxidation, spraying, etc.
